With over 20 years of experience, Krista Roberts seamlessly blends her background in engineering, business, and human resources to drive Aldridge's human resource strategy. As the Senior Vice President of People and Culture, Krista is deeply invested in the growth and well-being of Aldridge’s 1,500 employees. Her commitment extends beyond the company, as she actively supports National Construction Safety Week and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), championing safety and promoting women’s advancement in the construction industry.

Krista launched her career in international equipment sales, an experience that propelled her from her hometown into a path of significant professional and personal growth. Transitioning to Aldridge, Krista moved from a rigid corporate setting to an adaptive, dynamic culture where she redefined the company’s approach to employee engagement. At Aldridge, Krista’s assertive leadership has reshaped the company culture to ensure every employee is valued and supported. Her philosophy—focused on valuing people, fostering collaboration, and driving solutions—has been critical in her role and essential for excelling in the construction industry.

Her shift into Talent Management was transformative, and she considers embracing this new challenge head-on to be one of her most impactful career decisions. Her leadership in implementing the IIF initiative marked a significant milestone, amplifying her role as a champion for safety, and allowing her to assert her influence within Aldridge.
