Mark’s journey at Aldridge, from Project Manager to COO, highlights his leadership acumen and ability to capitalize on pivotal opportunities. Starting in 1992, he quickly advanced to Operations Manager and then President of Tri-State Electric. His career also spans key roles in IT, Healthcare, and Education industries, experiences that enriched his perspective before returning to Aldridge as Corporate Vice President. This diverse expertise has been instrumental in his rise to COO, where he now leads Corporate Services. Mark’s strength lies in aligning resources to achieve efficient, effective, and sustainable business outcomes, engaging multicultural, cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence across various industries.
